Ascent Telecom that launched “EnduraTalk” it’s PC based SIP softphone that uses SIP protocol to make IP calls, has added another strong enhancement in it’s latest version. EnduraTalk now works in all the blocked SIP, UDP ports. Normally, ports are blocked by the service provider to enable levels of security in their networks and it becomes difficult for the providers to open the ports and yet maintain the security. Thus is required a Softphone that functions in such blocked port situations as well.
EnduraTalk helps the cause of both the service providers as well as the users by functioning in the blocked ports environments and yet keeping the security factor intact.
