Service Provider).

crosses 350 customer mark by signing up 351st customer (VoIP Service provider) in it's Hosted Softswitch
& Billing network. Additionally, Ascent has opened it's account in 23rd country,
which is Russia, where the customer operates out from.
The new customer will utilize Ascent's Hosted Softswitch & Billing platform to
offer:
1. High Voice
Quality enabled PC to Phone
2. Device to Phone services.
Ascent has grown from a meager 10 customers to 350 customers in a span of past
12 months and the traffic has also grown to more than 10 million minutes per
month during the same time. During past 12 months Ascent Telecom has not lost a
single customer and has been able to retain 100% of it's customers. In the
Hosted Softswitch & Billing platform area, this is an uphill task because
customer churn is very high in this industry. The customer retention has
